Vess Home is a furniture manufacturer and exporter. We produce furniture for living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms, as well as restaurant and hotel projects.
Alongside our existing designs, we offer custom production. You can choose the dimensions, materials, and finishes, or share your drawings and reference images so we can discuss what can be made and how. Whether you need furniture for a product range or a specific project, we welcome the chance to talk through the details with you.
Order Process
From Initial Enquiry to Delivery
01 / Requirements & Specifications
Share your product list, quantities, dimensions, and reference drawings or images. We confirm the materials, finishes, and other specifications with you.
02 / Sampling & Approval
We prepare samples for your review. Once the details are approved, we confirm the final specifications and production lead time.
03 / Order Confirmation
We confirm the order details, pricing, and payment terms, then issue a pro forma invoice for your approval.
04 / Production & Progress Updates
Production proceeds according to the confirmed specifications. We provide progress updates twice a month so you can follow your order.
05 / Pre-Shipment Inspection
Once production is complete, we arrange an inspection to check the finished products against the approved specifications before shipment.
06 / Balance Payment & Dispatch
Following inspection approval, the balance payment is settled in accordance with the agreed terms. We then arrange dispatch and coordinate shipping.
07 / Delivery & Order Completion
Upon receipt, please check the shipment and let us know if anything needs attention. We remain available to assist with any order-related questions.
